Precedent Studies for TVC

Precedent Studies 1 - A&W Commercial _ Okayest Man  


The ad shows two men with Tuxedo on arguing “yes,no,yes,no” while driving when saw A&W. In the next scene they are sitting inside the A&W outlet and eating burger. Suddenly two girls in gown get into the outlet and bring the men out. Their attire shows that they are about to marry in a while. The men gave importance to A&W burger first instead of his own marriage. In my view, Its shows that the burger taste is people’s priority in town.


Precedent Studies 2 - MacDonald’s 1995 style TV ad

 In this Ad, there is an Old man shown sitting in an outlet. He is looking at people around him. They are enjoying their meals while interacting to each other. The waitress smiling at the customers. The ordered burger of the old man arrives. He take the burger and when he about to eat, there is a transition of time shown. It is the younger days of the old man.  The time setting of the scene changes to 1955. But the environment around there is still the same as today. People enjoying their meals and happiness with their loved ones. So this Ad inspires me to come up with an idea to show how teenagers today and in those days enjoying their food in A&W.
